Sono tornati i prodotti invernali del nostro orto! Il menù prenderà nuovi colori e sapori. Le carni avranno cotture lunghe, torneranno le nostre zuppe con l’immancabile Castagne e Funghi e una nuova zuppa di porri e patate vi scalderà in queste giornate piovose. Sono tornati i contorni di erbe spontanee fatti di cicoria selvatica ed erba pazza selvatica meravigliose e tenaci nella loro croccantezza. Come sempre diamo spazio ai prodotti del nostro orto e a ciò che spontaneamente la terra ci dona. Vi Aspettiamo al Caffè del Cardinale Bistro.

 

The winter products from our garden are back! The menu will take on new colors and flavors. The meats will be cooked for a long time, our soups will return with the inevitable Chestnuts and Mushrooms and a new leek and potato soup will warm you up on these rainy days. The side dishes of wild herbs made of wild chicory and wild wild grass are back, wonderful and tenacious in their crunchiness. As always, we give space to the products of our garden and to what the earth spontaneously gives us. We are waiting for you at the Caffè del Cardinale Bistro
